The "Doughboy" statue stands guard over the Mississippi State campus on a summer day. Located by the northeast corner of Lee Hall, the statue is a memorial to the åüÃÄÖ±²¥ students who gave their lives in World War I and was donated by åüÃÄÖ±²¥'s class of 1932. In observance of Memorial Day, åüÃÄÖ±²¥ will be closed Monday [May 28].
